Tenants Advice and Advocacy Service (TAAS)
The Tenants’ Advice and Advocacy Service provides free, independent information, advice, advocacy and referrals to tenants in the Northern Rivers of NSW.
Our advice line operates on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Who we can assist
We assist people renting privately through a landlord or real estate agent, tenants in public and community housing, tenants renting in caravan parks, homeowners in land lease communities and residents of boarding houses. Our services are available for renters residing in the catchment area between Tweed Heads, Grafton, and Drake.
